The nonprofit organization “Sole Hope” has impacted thousands of lives in Uganda. Parasites in Uganda have caused tremendous issues for young children attending schools enjoying their youth as well as adults attending work etc. This mission of Sole Hope is to give hope to people who have experienced jitters or prevent them. Utilizing clothes to create shoes to help avoid people from getting jiggers making their lives easier. With the help of donations it will make a difference in changing the lives of many. The beauty behind this organization is that is a life changing outcome with the smiles of happiness and no more pain.  People must be enlightened that not everyone is fortunate enough to afford proper footwear.        The debate on transgender and youth sports has skyrocketed over the years. People across the United States have mixed feelings about whether or not transgenders should be allowed to participate in sports with girls or boys. In South Dakota there has been controversy about the new bill restricting transgenders from participating in. Some may feel it is fair to restrict biological males, no matter how they identify themselves. Religious persons have strong beliefs against the LGBTQ.   When a person decides to pursue a career or job a resume can be very useful. A resume is a document that is specific to a person's skill set, experience and education etc. This will help someone set themselves apart from others when attempting to land a job. Which means an employer believes someone is more required for that specific job or career.  Resume's can often become boring and repetitive. When hundreds of people applying for a job, standing out is crucial. Showing individuality/originality will give a slight edge and can help someone become more likable. Jazzing up a resume and adding a splash of creativity will make an employer more willing to choose that resume versus the others in the large stack of papers on their desk.
